Triathlon

Triathlon in the 55+ BC Games features an Aquathlon on Thursday and a sprint triathlon on Saturday.  The Aquathlon consists of a 1 km swim and a 5 km run; the sprint triathlon is 750 m swim, 20 km cycle, and a 5 km run.  Please note that neither event is draft legal.  This is the first year triathlon has been in the Games.  For more details on the competition specific to the 55+ BC Games, please review the rules & technical information.
