Mountain Bike Racing

Mountain Bike Racing in the 55+ BC Games takes place on two days and offers two events.  The cross country/off road race features a short course and a long course.  In the 2-person team relay, each participant will alternate riding the course.  Courses will have no jumps, drop offs, logs, steep descents, water/mud hole, or narrow passages between trees.  For more details about the competition specific to the 55+ BC Games, please review the rules & technical information.
