Mountain Bike Racing

Mountain Bike Racing in the 55+ BC Games takes place on two days and offers two events.  The cross country/off road race features a short course which is 2 loops of the 5.9 km course and a long course which is 3 loops of the 5.9 km course.  The 2 person team relay will be 23.6 km long.  Each participant will alternate riding the 5.9 km course twice.  Courses will have no jumps, drop offs, logs, steep descents, water/mud hole, or narrow passages between trees.  For more details about the competition specific to the 55+ BC Games, please review the rules & technical information.

Venue:  East Kelowna – Myra-Bellview Provincial Park, Crawford Trails , Stewart Rd E – Course maps will be available closer to the competition.

Competition Dates – September 12 (cross country race) & September 13 (team relay), 2019
