Karate

Karate is a martial art where the participant seeks to develop defensive and counterattacking body movements.  In addition to physical development, mental and moral aspects of the practice of the sport target the overall development of the individual.

This will be the first time Karate is being offered in the 55+ BC Games.  For more details about the competition specific to the 55+ BC Games, please review the rules and technical information.
