Fast Pitch is a form of the popular game of softball, which is direct descendant of baseball, that is enjoyed by people of all ages. The main difference between Fast Pitch and baseball is the type of ball used and the pitching method. Fast Pitch uses an underhand motion to deliver the pitch.
Fast Pitch in the 55+ BC Games is a four day competition featuring men’s and women’s teams. This is the first year Fast Pitch will be played in the Games. For more details about the competition specific to the 55+ BC Games, please review the rules and technical information.
