Cycling

Cycling in the 55+ BC Games is a three day competition featuring three individual events each day.  Participants can enter recreational or competitive divisions and can enter one, two, or all three events.  The first day offers a 16 km time trial ride on a flat course; the second day offers a road race (distance dependent on age category); and the third day offers a 2-3 km hill climb with grades of 6% to 9% depending on local conditions.
